Enhance endorphins by touch; Massage playday coming up

‘Feel good’ hormones enhance our well-being on a daily basis. These neurotransmitters are found in our brain as well as through our body. Food does it; exercise does it; sex does it: substance abuse does it; singing does it; and giving and receiving massage does it too. Oxytocin and dopamine are chemicals our bodies produce that give us a sense of connection and caring for ourselves and others.
Please join my ‘Partners In Touch’ one day Massage play on Sunday 16th Nov at the CAE in Flinders Lane City (see Shortcourses www.cae.edu.au). A chance to share the joy of touch in a structured way facilitated by an experienced instructor.
