Arnica (Arnica montana) flower tincture is renowned for reducing inflammation and pain when used externally.

Comfrey (Symphytum officinale) root tincture is well loved as a traditional healing herb. Commonly known as ‘knit-bone’ as it has been used as an external application to aid healing of injuries and broken bones.

Soap Tree or Red Ash (Alphitonia excelsa) bark decoction is used by Aboriginal people as an external application for pain.

They’re combined in a base of Mediherb Vitamin E Cream: Purified water, Sweet Almond oil, Cetearyl Alcohol, Macadamia oil, Cetearth-20, Cocoa butter, glycerine, Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate, Rosemary leaf extract, Benzyl Alcohol, Dehydroacetic Acid

Free from petroleum, paraffin, beeswax and lanolin.
