The simple test that tells you more than any cholesterol test will about your stroke and heart attack risk

I’ve been impressed by the wealth of insight patients get when they do an Omega-3 index test.  It’s a simple finger prick test.  I haven’t used it as much as I would like – until now – because I’ve had to send clients off to a 3rd party laboratory.

It tells you useful information about the amount of omega-3 fatty acids in red blood cell membranes. This is a direct marker for the health of your heart, brain, eyes and joints

The good news

Now it’s available to practitioners. I’m thrilled that I can do it during consults – I don’t have to send people off to a laboratory or have them order the kits and do it at home.

It’s so much simpler!

The joy of improving technology: being available to the wider public.  It makes it much easier to get the information more quickly, so I can help my patients get reliable information to help make wiser health choices.
