Boost your protein and your vitamin C with this smoothie. Yummy any time for brekky, dessert etc.
1 punnet strawberries or blueberries etc or mixed
1 packet silken tofu
Handful cashews
Splodge pure maple syrup to taste
Ground cardamon seeds to taste
Dash rosewater
1 tspn beetroot powder (optional for colour)

Blend all in vitamiser etc
Pour in pretty glasses and place in fridge to set
Decorate with a berry or leaf etc
