My approach to stress
Stress is part of living – but in today’s world it’s rare that we learn specific stress management tools BEFORE we need them. Historically, traditional religions from every culture included mindfulness and reflective practices – but these have fallen out of awareness for many in today’s busy world.
Meditation of various forms can be very useful – and also very accessible online.
There are a range of tools you can use to help with stress management – without have to spend lots of money on a professional psychologist. Two approaches that I use in consults to help my clients are Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Trauma/Tension Release Exercises (TRE).
There are also a range of naturopathic and herbal remedies that I can offer for those facing major life stressors. Book a consult with me to discuss your needs.
